Shipping policy

New Zealand & International Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

 

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Targeted Delivery Times:
    • NZ Local (City): 2-3 business days.
    • NZ Rural (RD): 5-7 business days.
    • International: 10-15 business days.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Rural Addresses (New Zealand)

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Rural delivery will incur an extra cost. 

 

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

 

5. Damages and Lost Items

  • Vicki Wilson Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will work with you to remedy any issues with delivery, including repair or replacement of items damaged in transit.
  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

6. International Shipping Policy

  • Our shipping rates for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 
  • Targeted Delivery Times:
    • International: 10-15 business days.
